Volvo Construction Equipment is bringing back its popular Million Ton Guarantee, a North American after-purchase program that gives customers of Volvo 7000 Series asphalt pavers manufacturer support for the replacement of auger and conveyor system wear parts over a five-year period.

John Deere has extended its industry-leading articulated dump truck transmission warranty through Dec. 31, 2020. The warranty offers five years or 15,000 hours on all new E-Series models purchased through the end of 2020.

Liebherr is introducing a completely newly developed 42 M5 XXT truck-mounted concrete pump and the new Powerbloc drive unit at the 2020 World of Concrete show in Las Vegas, Nevada. The 42 M5 XXT is powerful, versatile and compact, allowing the machine to work easily at constricted job sites. Vermeer has entered into a distribution agreement with MultiOne, a leading manufacturer of compact articulated loaders. Through the agreement, MultiOne will supply Vermeer-branded loader models to be sold, serviced and supported exclusively through Vermeer dealers across North America and the Caribbean.

John Deere is continuing their commitment to customer satisfaction with an upgrade to their lineup of small-frame G-Series skid steers and compact track loaders. The 312GR, 314G, 316GR, 317G, and 318G were debuted three years ago, but have been enhanced in collaboration with industry professionals; a trend that John Deere has set for making customer-based improvements to their landscaping, agricultural, material handling, and construction related products. The revamped models will provide operators with better efficiency and more power on the job site, ultimately allowing for improved uptime and productivity.

Liebherr has done it again, teaming up with LEGO designers to create the biggest LEGO Technic set to date which became available on October 1st of this year. This move follows the previous biggest LEGO set released by Liebherr earlier this year. The 42100, which is a model of the massive, 800-ton, 4,000 HP Liebherr R 9800 mining excavator, comes with seven motors and the Control+ app for real operation.

Caterpillar has replaced their D6N dozer model with the brand new D5, which offers enhanced performance and the most extensive choice of user friendly tech features that make this bulldozer quite the bang for your buck. This dozer is very responsive and features a 170 hp and an operating weight range of 37,875 to 42,263 lbs. All of this, plus the addition of an automatic transmission for smooth acceleration give this dozer the power and finesse it needs for both dozing and grading, as well as the speed to get the job done quickly and effortlessly.

Caterpillar has rolled out the new Cat 326 excavator, which delivers performance with integrated simple-to-use technologies boosting efficiencies up to 45 percent over previous models. This 26-ton class model delivers improved fuel savings, lower maintenance costs and improved operator comfort with all-new cab designs. The new excavator offers high reliability at a low cost-per-hour performance.

Vermeer’s latest vacuum excavator, the XR2, features the newest advancement in hydro-excavation: a shaker deck that separates liquids and solids. This new system reduces hydro-excavator transport weights and allows operators to carry 1500 gallons of water to the job. The innovative technology of the XR2 demonstrates Vermeer’s dedication to driving the utility industry forward, as it decreases disposal expenses and allows for workers to stay on the jobsite longer due to increased efficiency.

Manitou has added four new straight boom Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) to their North American collection. The TJ 65, TJ 65+, TJ 80+, and TJ 85 all feature smooth platform operation and three steering modes. Additionally, all of these models come with the ability to make up to four concurrent movements at one time.

Bobcat Company has added the brand new E26 compact excavator to their R-Series lineup. This new model retains the striking, well-defined design that customers have come to expect from the R-Series line, but also offers revamped performance, uptime protection, and operator comfort. Easier operation and enhanced durability are just some of the advantages that come with this new model, built with restricted movement in small workspaces in mind.

John Deere is now manufacturing their mechanical angle blade for 950K and 1050K crawler dozers. The benefit of the mechanical angle blade is that it can be manually angled from side to side, making jobs like backfilling, rough grading, and general earthmoving much easier. John Deere made the decision to produce the blades for the 950K and 1050K models based on customer feedback.

John Deere Construction and Forestry is enhancing their user experience for intelligent machine management with new updates to their JDLink platform. These new capabilities will facilitate further valuable machine insights and will also help to provide quick, dependable, easy-to-use telematics solutions. New notifications and adjustments to JDLink mobile will also be features to look forward to with the new update.

Komatsu America Corp. has introduced their brand new PC2000-11 hydraulic excavator to the market. This model features more horsepower and faster cycle times with improved multifunction performance. These enhancements are thanks in part to the PC2000-11’s EPA Tier 4 Final certified engine and new engine-pump control.

John Deere has extended their eight-year/20,000-hour power electronic components warranty on the 944K Hybrid Wheel Loader. This decision comes with the company’s confidence in the durability of their models. The 944K wheel loader was already named as a finalist for the Diesel Progress Summit Awards in the Electrification Application of the Year category, further giving assurance to the commitment John Deere has to providing long-lasting machines to customers.

Komatusu America has released their newest low ground pressure dozer, the 354 horsepower D155AX-8 LGP. This new model merges the technology from the original D155AX-8 with an additional two blade options as well as a 12% wider track gauge and a 9% longer track on the ground. This updated dozer also offers 47% lower ground pressure, enhanced performance overall, and improved flotation and stability, making it perfect for gas and pipeline applications.

Caterpillar has released 16 new models that advance the D and D2 Series notoriety for comfort, quality, and performance. These D3 Series Skid Steer Loaders (SSL) and Compact Track Loaders (CTL) offer enhancements to the operator experience, as well as track loader stability. The new D3 Series models will also support and recognize a new line of Smart Attachments with the ability to tailor the controls and operator information to match the specific tool and task at hand.

In an effort to offer the power and comfort customers desire, John Deere has rolled out their new Class Production Class L-Series wheel loaders. Designed for the toughest and most demanding worksites, the series includes three models: the 744L, the 824L, and the 844L.
