General Equipment Company has released their 2350 Bor-Max Series earth augers and auger extension, offering excellent digging performance for small, hand-held type earth auger products. These augers are specially designed to drill through unconsolidated soil classifications, such as loams, sands, soft clays and granular rubbles.

Ranging across the L-Series Backhoe lineup, the updates, which include engine upgrades, new pressure-compensated load-sensing (PCLS) hydraulics on the 310SL model and machine control improvements, enhance operation and machine performance.

John Deere is expanding the capabilities of its Grade Pro (GP)-Series of motor graders with new technology, including two industry-exclusive features, Blade Stow and Auto-Gain for Cross Slope. There is a trend emerging as well as a heated debate to go along with it.  People on either side argue the pros and cons, with more and more deciding to replace trommel screens of any size or opt instead to purchase more mobile attachments, namely, the FlipScreen.

The conversation ultimately comes down to costs. Which costs more and which will provide greater profits. There are, however, many more points, that certainly warrant mentioning.
