New JCB 210 and 215 Skid Steers Feature Light-frames with High-Horsepower

The 210 and 215 offer the high-horsepower of larger skid steers to operators where light-frame skid steers can be applied.

JCB 215 Skid Steer Loader
JCB has melded together high-horsepower with light-weight to produce two new wheeled skid steers, the 210 and 215. The JCB 210 is a radial lift model that comes with a base rated operating capacity (ROC) of 2100lbs (950kg), while the new 215 is a vertical lift model and has a whopping ROC of 2150lbs (975kg).

If the base operating capacity isn’t enough, both models can be improved with 200lbs (90kg), to 2300lbs (1040kg) or 2350lbs (1065kg) respectively, via a an optional, dealer-fitted "suitcase" counterweight kit

The rated operating capacity of the new 210 and 215 allows you to take full advantage of the high-flow auxiliary hydraulic circuit, that gives 30gpm, to power high-flow attachments you use every day, such as cold planers, augers and trenchers.

The new 210 and 215 skid steer loaders are the first in JCB’s small-frame skid steer line up powered by the Kohler 74hp (55kW) engine, bringing a 20 percent increase in horsepower over comparably-sized skid steers in the JCB lineup, yet requires no diesel particulate filter (DPF). Both the 210 and 215 machines are Stage III B / Tier 4 Final compliant.
“The 210 and 215 deliver the high-horsepower benefits of larger skid steers to operators of light-frame skid steer platforms. High-flow hydraulics allow our operators to perform more tasks more efficiently, use a greater range of attachments, and complete tasks faster. The combination of more horsepower and a high-flow hydraulics system really reinforces the versatility of these incredible new skid steer machines, and expands the range of projects to which light-framed JCB skid steers can be applied. The added benefit of all that additional power is that these machines will not be required to run at full capacity all the time, which means less stress on the systems and drivetrain, resulting in more uptime.”
