Hilltip Introduces Sweepaway™ Rotary Broom Attachments

Italian equipment company Hilltip introduces new rotary brooms attachments.

Road equipment manufacturer Hilltip has now introduced its Sweepaway™ rotary broom attachments for pickup trucks, tractors, and other related vehicles. The attachments are available in 59-to 86-inch widths with a 20-in.dia. bristle for high-utility cleaning of roads, park lots, and other applications.

The SweepAway range of sweepers includes attachment models for trucks, tractors, and heavy equipment—such as forklifts and loaders. The SweepAway attachment includes STR and VTA mounting frame configurations. Both styles feature an adjustable angle swivel allowing them to be angled between 0° and 25°.

The brooms work with existing hydraulic pumps with a minimum flow rate of 11 GPM (gallon per minute). If the vehicle doesn't match the hydraulic pump requirement, then a Hilltop Power Unit can be installed. It features heavy-duty construction and a Kohler engine that delivers up to 12 GPM of hydraulic flow for operating SweepAway rotary brooms and other equipment.
