This recycled, fossil carbon emission-free material reduces production emissions by 15% and cuts down active use emissions by 25%. The partnership with SSAB began in 2023, marking a significant commitment to integrating sustainable materials into Hiab’s future products.

Industry Recognition and Debut
The MULTILIFT eULTIMA will be featured at the Elmia Lastbil Truck Exhibition, the Nordic region's premier transport event, from August 21-24. Attendees can see the eULTIMA mounted on a Volvo electric truck, also made from SSAB’s recycled steel. According to Pauli Siivonen, Global Product Manager at Hiab, the eULTIMA is a testament to Hiab’s dedication to sustainability and performance. In conjunction with the eULTIMA, Hiab will also debut the MULTILIFT Value Calculator at the Elmia Exhibition. This tool is designed to help customers evaluate the Total Cost of Ownership, CO2 emissions, Return on Investment, and how features like the Performance Package and MULTILIFT ZERO steel contribute to cost savings and environmental benefits.
