Hiab, part of Cargotec, has introduced the JONSERED iZ.18R HD recycling crane, a significant addition to the 18 to 19 tm market. This new crane model promises enhanced productivity and safety with its advanced SPACEevo control system.
Advanced Control for Enhanced Productivity
The JONSERED iZ.18R HD is equipped with the state-of-the-art SPACEevo control system. This innovative technology allows for greater customization and efficiency, setting new standards for safety and operational ease. The Olsbergs Q200 valve, combined with new hydraulics, sensors, and cables, ensures the crane's durability even in high-frequency use cycles.
Built for Heavy-Duty Work
Designed to endure a minimum of eight-hour working cycles, the JONSERED iZ.18R HD is classified as an S3 structure, reflecting its robust build. The crane offers a range of variants with reaches from 8.6 to 10 meters, catering to diverse operational needs.
Flexible Operator Configurations
To meet various operator preferences, the crane comes in several configurations: high seat, side seat (left and right), platform, and cabin. Initially, the high seat and side seat models will be available, with platform and cabin options to follow.
The control stations feature options like mechanical steering (2+2), remote control, and innovative weatherproof electric joysticks—a first in the market. These joysticks, used alongside the Olsbergs Q200 valve, provide comprehensive control over the crane and stabilizers.
Service and Maintenance
For ongoing performance, Hiab offers ProCare™ service contracts, including regular preventative maintenance checks and scheduled inspections. The ProCare Total R&M package even covers repairs, ensuring peace of mind for customers.
