Australia-based screen bucket attachment manufacturer, Flipscreen, has just announced the release of their EX190—a high-capacity topsoil and rock screening bucket attachment for excavators. The EX190 is a high-capacity attachment engineered to screen up to 298 cubic yards per hour with a 2-inch mesh. The equipment is designed to be compatible with a variety of 36-to-50 ton excavator models.

The EX190 has a maximum capacity of 7.5 cubic yards and intuitively interchangeable screens that can be replaced quickly by a single operator within a few minutes without the use of any tools. Flipscreen screen sizes range from ¼-inch up to 12 inches.

Keeping equipment and driver efficiency in mind, Flipscreen designed the EX190 for single-scoop functionality for screening without the need for repeat screening of material—saving fuel costs associated with repetitive trips. A full cycle can be completed in under a minute. Precise control of the equipment allows an operator to dump oversize loads with precision wherever needed—such as in a truck or elsewhere.

The EX190 boasts a 72-square-foot screening area—quite large for an excavator—to assist in the breaking down of material with an efficient flipping motion on the attachment’s steel mesh.

The EX190 is designed to simplify on-site screening by utilizing existing excavator equipment with increased operator efficiency. For more information, visit https://www.flipscreenglobal.com/my-machine/excavator-screening-bucket/
