Airworthiness Directive 2020-26-16 Wing Fatigue Cracking, complied with February 11, 2021 based upon previous compliance with Piper Service Bulletin 1345 on August 14, 2020 with no defects noted. No airframe structural damage history. Aircraft did experience a close call with a near gear up landing event on December 5, 2019 that only damaged the propeller, inboard trailing edge of flaps, cabin step, and antennas for the datalink and lower COM. Engine was propeller strike inspected and repaired by G&N Aircraft, Inc. Propeller governor was overhauled by Tiffin Aire, Inc. Propeller was replaced with a new propeller. Inspection and repairs detailed on logbook entries dated May 26, 2020. The aircraft was purchased new to be used as a complex aircraft as required for commercial pilot and flight instructor training and practical tests. SB 1377B – Main Wing Spar Inspection at the Main Landing Gear Truss Bracket at WS. 49.25. 4. 20-year Replacement of Fuselage and Wing Fluid Hoses due. Replacement parts (hoses) included in aircraft sale. Items noted on last incomplete inspection. 5. LH MLG has rotational play, bushing in torque link is potentially worn. 6.
