Aircraft experienced a gear up landing event on October 6, 2020 at KCFJ. Engine was propeller strike inspected and repaired by G&N Aircraft, Inc. Propeller was replaced with a new propeller. Engine mount was repaired by Aerospace Welding, Inc. Propeller governor was overhauled by Tiffin Aire, Inc. LH and RH flaps were repaired by Airframe Components by Williams, Inc. Transponder, lower COM, and lower Traffic system antennas were replaced. Repairs detailed on logbook entries dated March 11, 2021. Aircraft ferried to KLAF for further repairs on March 12, 2021. Further repairs completed to replace damaged HAT channels on fuselage belly, lower cowling, and replacement of cabin step. Repairs detailed on logbook entries dated May 27, 2021. The aircraft was purchased new to be used as a complex aircraft as required for commercial pilot and flight instructor training and practical tests. Inspect LH and RH aft rib flanges for cracks. Kits p/n-767-397 and 767-398 with drawing 88373 prior to revision “J” previously installed. LH 7/18/2017 – RH 1/26/2007. 3. SB 1377B – Main Wing Spar Inspection at the Main Landing Gear Truss Bracket at WS. 49.25. 4. 20-year Replacement of Fuselage and Wing Fluid Hoses due. Replacement parts (hoses) included in aircraft sale. 5. 10-year overhaul of Airborne 1H5 vacuum manifold check valve due. Replacement part included in aircraft sale. 6. 10-year replacement of electric auxiliary vacuum pump due. Replacement part included in aircraft sale. 7. IFR FAR checks per 91.411 & 91.413 expired as of September 2024. 8. ELT Battery due replacement December 2024.
