(1) - one – TRIO 36” diameter x 18’ long Single Spiral Coarse Material Aggregate Washer set up with one spiral at the bottom to push material away from backwall, bearing shaft & seal, then (6)-six sets of scrubbing paddles, then full spirals to the discharge end. Mounting hubs for spirals and paddles are bolted to main shaft allowing easy modification to blade mill or other configurations. Replaceable spiral wear shoes and paddle tips are abrasion resistant alloy steel. 30 h.p. electric motor, V-belt drive with guard, heavy duty oil bath lubricated gear reduction box, grease lubricated external roller bearing assembly at lower end of tub, support legs. Factory rated at up to 175 tph as a CMW and 250 tph as a blade mill; up to 600 GPM wash water required; Max feed size 2½”; Weight: +/- 14,000#. S/N TCW-3618-058; Date of Mfr: 2002.
