Really nice replacement seats for heavy equipment of forklifts. Fixed back, does not tilt, Heavy Duty cloth, with universal mounting holes on bottom. Will mount to almost every kind of seat bracket. Some have removable headrest, and some come without headrest. Really comfortable, I have one of these in a large yard forklift, and can drive all day without discomfort. No armrest.
