Pettibone B-68-B Telehandler

No Brakes, Hour meter is damaged, has a toggle switch wired directly to the starter motor for starting the engine, selectable front wheel, crab or 4-wheel steering, hydraulic frame leveling, 60” forks - one is bent down a few inches, boom has some play, some worn out pins, tires have some cracks/weathered, some hydraulic leaks, needs jumpstart, Runs and Drives but has no brakes
