*** History: The previous owner bought it to do some cleanup and grading work around the house. He bought it from a rental company, and when he got it home, it sounded like a rod was knocking. The shop he took it to found a hole in the block. He had a new motor put in it that had a 3-year warranty, and it still has some warranty time remaining. The bushings were worn out on the 6-way blade, so they were replaced. The cut blade on the bottom was worn out and eating the plate out, so he removed and replaced it. Seals on the upper and lower control arms were seeping, so he replaced those. 4 rollers were worn out, so they were replaced. The dozer had a single battery system, so he converted it into a dual battery operation. It had a blind spot when backing up, so he installed a digital backup camera. Two sensors for the side-to-side controls were spotty, so he changed those out. He put new lighting on the front and rear for evening ops. The previous owner spent about $42,000 on repairs. He is gathering all the receipts and paperwork, and we should have those uploaded to the listing soon.
