John Deere 6068TF001 diesel engine, complete engine as pictured, EXCELLENT running engine, easy starting, very responsive throttle, no blowby observed, see video. 60 PSI oil pressure at cold idle. ENGINE HAS NO SERIAL #, FULL OPTION CODES ARE ON VALVE COVER. THIS WAS A LATER MODEL REPOWER FOR AN ORIGINAL 6414, STILL USES THE OLD STYLE MANIFOLD BUT ENGINE HAS THE NEWER STYLE 300 SERIES BLOCK AND HEAD, SEE PICTURES. LATE MODEL TF001 industrial spec w/ 4401 block code, use short block # RE60845 for reference. Will fit a majority of 6068 construction applications w/ pre-powertech 300 series block. SHORT BLOCK WILL INTERCHANGE W/ THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS: 540E, 540G SKIDDERS 544E WHEEL LOADERS 655B CRAWLERS 750B AND 750C DOZERS 670B MOTOR GRADERS 690D, 690E AND 790E EXCAVATORS
