This listing is for a completely remanufactured John Deere long
block. All long blocks are professionally remanufactured (not repaired)
to OEM factory specifications, using genuine authorized parts. These
long blocks include overhaul kits; which include piston & liner
kits, main bearings, rod bearings, seals, gaskets. Furthermore, the cam
bearings and freeze plugs are replaced. All major castings are cleaned
and NDT inspected (magnafluxed) for cracks / indications. The cylinder
head guides, valves, and valve seats are machined to new OEM
specifications, or replaced with new. Visit our remanufacturing process for more information.
Engine configuration is based upon the model number identified in the
listing. Other configurations for other applications can be provided
upon customer request. There are many configurations of these engines,
so please contact us to verify proper fit for your intended application.
There is a refundable core charge of $4,000 payable at time of order
and not included in the listing price. This core charge will be
refunded upon receipt of the acceptable long block core. Long block
core must be drained of all fluids, be assembled complete, turn over 360
degrees, and have no visual damage to the major castings, and returned
on the original base within 60-days. The buyer is responsible for all
freight costs associated with shipping the long block core and the
remanufactured long block. Warranty is a domestic 1-year, 1,000 hour
parts warranty.
