Caterpillar 550HP C15 6NZ Engine for Peterbilt, Freightliner, Kenworth

Fully machined block, std. std. crankshaft, Cat Platinum overhaul kit which includes: Reman piston and liner assemblies, cylinder head, fuel injectors, oil pump, rod, main and thrust bearings. Cat Reman camshaft, intake, exhaust and injector rocker arms with new shafts. New injector wiring harness, engine harness and sensors. Water pump and piping upgraded to Acert style for more coolant flow. New Cat Reman ECM with 550 HP tune. New engine oil cooler and valve covers. Borg Warner Quick Spool turbocharger and Full Tilt ceramic coated exhaust manifold. Engine was dyno tested at Wheeler Machinery Co. in Salt Lake City. It made 635 HP at 1800 RPM and 2022 lb. ft. of torque at 1200 RPM. Engine comes with 1 year warranty on Cat Platinum overhaul parts and can be taken to any TEPS dealer for warranty work.
