Bobcat Company started in North Dakota in 1947 and is the state’s largest manufacturer, with three North Dakota production facilities. Bobcat is expanding its compact tractor attachment offering with the new front-mount snowblower. The front-mount snowblower – available in 49-inch and 62-inch widths – is positioned in front of the machine, rather than behind on a 3-point hitch. The front-mounted attachment provides customers a more comfortable way to clear snow around acreages or barns as they do not need to turn around in their seat to monitor the performance of the attachment.

Bobcat Company has announced an all-new lineup of Bobcat zero-turn mowers. With an extensive 21-machine lineup that includes both zero-turn (ZT) sit-on and zero-turn stand-on mowers (ZS), Bobcat mowers are built to give both commercial and residential customers a professional edge to help them work harder. The addition of mowers allows Bobcat to expand upon its established presence in the landscape industry and capture additional opportunities in the turf and lawncare markets. The new zero-turn mowers join compact track loaders, compact excavators, skid-steer loaders, compact tractors, utility products, small articulated loaders and mini track loaders in the bundle of Bobcat products focused on helping customers accomplish more in landscaping, grounds maintenance and turf applications.

Doosan Bobcat North America and Green Machine Equipment announced a partnership to produce electric/hydraulic Bobcat compact excavators. Green Machine will custom retrofit Bobcat excavators with their proprietary battery technology to replace the standard diesel power source and will sell the machines in select markets beginning this year. These electric/hydraulic machines will provide the power and performance equivalent to diesel-powered models, along with considerably lower daily operating costs, zero emissions, reduced noise and minimal maintenance. The electric/hydraulic compact excavators will be beneficial to operators working in urban environments, such as working close to other buildings or in public spaces.

Building on the success of prior Bobcat telescopic tool carriers, has recently expanded its line with the new V923 VersaHANDLER telescopic tool carrier. The new V923 expands the Bobcat family of VersaHANDLER telescopic tool carriers, also known as telehandlers, making it ideal for operators who need increased lift height, reach and capacity. Featuring a 130-horsepower turbocharged Bobcat engine and heavy-duty drive train, the V923 offers an increased rated operating capacity of 9,000 pounds for more productivity with every lift cycle and unbeatable pushing strength. In addition, the new V923 gives operators the versatility they need in numerous applications with a travel speed of up to 24.5 mph. A Z-Bar boom linkage delivers greater range of bucket rotation, an increased dump angle at full height and increased breakout force to lift material out of a pile and dump it easily. Plus, the new V923 features the power quick-tach attachment mounting system to increase utilization.

Bobcat is expanding its product offering with the new Bobcat MT100 mini track loader. Powered by a durable Tier 4 diesel engine and efficient hydraulic system, the new mini track loader delivers fast cycle times, strong breakout force and excellent pushing ability. The MT100 has a rated operating capacity of 1,000 pounds and comes standard with removable counterweights, which can be mounted in the undercarriage or at the rear of the machine on the uprights, to increase lifting performance. Plus, the MT100 is equipped with a completely new, more durable undercarriage that requires no daily maintenance.

Bobcat is introducing four all-new, 60 frame size vertical lift path loaders to its product lineup: the Bobcat® R-Series T64 and T66 compact track loaders and S64 and S66 skid-steer loaders. These new loaders will join the T76 compact track loaders and S76 skid-steer loaders that were launched February 2020. The T64 and S64 offer 68 horsepower and 2,300-pound rated operating capacity. The T66 and S66 models offer 74 horsepower and 2,450- and 2,400-pound rated operating capacity, respectively.

Bobcat recently made waves by debuting the world’s first 1 ton electric mini-excavator at Bauma 2019. This low emissions, low noise, zero tail swing (ZTS) model has a width of just 71cm and a new E10e battery. The new, smaller mini-excavator can pass easily through standard doors and in and out of elevators, making it the ideal machine for applications like indoor demolitions and basement construction.
