2022 Rock Systems 501-3040 Conveyor

Rock Systems 30” wide x 40’ long Stackable Transfer Conveyor complete as follows:

a) Head terminal includes 15 h.p. TEFC electric motor; Dodge TA3203H15 shaft mount speed reducer with internal backstop; v-belt drive and drive guard; 14” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted on 2-15/16” diameter 1045TGP shafting with Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; discharge hood with Flexco Rockline belt scraper.

b) Tail terminal includes 12” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on 2-7/16” diameter 1045TGP shafting with Dodge SCM pillow block bearings; screw take-up assemblies; tail terminal guard.

c) 5’ long feed hopper with skirtboards, adjustable rubber flashing and nip guards.

d) Stackable conveyor frame constructed of 8” channel iron with 2” square tube reinforcement making a rigid framework.

e) Conveyor belting, 2 ply, with 3/16” top rubber cover and 1/16” bottom rubber cover; Flexco 140 mechanical belt splice.

f) CEMA “C” troughing idlers 20 degree with 5” diameter steel rolls mounted on close centers at the load point and one at the head pulley; CEMA “C” troughing idlers 35 degree with 5” diameter steel rolls mounted on 4’ centers; CEMA “B” return idlers with 4” diameter steel rolls mounted on 10’ centers.

g) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray enamel paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow enamel paint for all guarding.

h) Electric motor control panel pre-wired to the electric motor.
