UnitedBuilt Water Tank Specifications:
-   CAPACITY OPTIONS: 1500-8000 Gallons
-   BELLY PLATE: Full steel belly plate along the bottom of 3000 gallon & larger tanks.
-   MATERIAL: A36 steel with a minimum thickness of 3/16”
-   CONSTRUCTION: Full penetration welds, all seams welded 100% on both sides.
-   HEADS: Curved & fitted with 4” – 6” offset, welded 100% inside and out.
-   BAFFLE(S): Curved & fitted with 4” – 6” offset, 20” crawl hole & 6” flow holes on top, sides & bottom. No non-baffled chamber exceeding 1700 gallons.
-   MOUNTING SKIDS: Heavy-duty U-shaped skids with full continuous weld to the tank.
-   MANWAY: Hinged non-sealing 25” lid with 10” anti-slosh ring.
-   LADDER: ¾” pipe construction.
-   SIGHT GAUGES: Clear flexible tubing mounted on the front & rear of the tank.
-   LIGHT BRACKETS: Standard DOT: LED marker, stop & clearance sealed beam lights.
-   FENDERS: Welded to tank, constructed from 12 gauge steel.
-   WARRANTY: 5-year limited tank construction warranty.

R-Kit Standard Specifications:
-   WATER PUMP: 4X3 centrifugal cast iron pump 750GPM@75PSI with a ceramic mechanical seal. Optional self-priming 4x4 water pump.
-   DRIVE: Hydraulic drive with bi-directional hydraulic pump and motor. Motor pre-plumbed with filter, pressure relief valve and oil reservoir.
-   HYDRAULIC LINES: Pressure & suction lines pre-plumbed through water tank for fluid cooling.
-   OPTIONAL FRONT SPRAY: (2) 3” UnitedBuilt AV1100 air operated valves with (2) BC2399 adjustable spray head nozzles (Shipped Loose).
-   MIDSHIP SPRAY: (2) 3” UnitedBuilt AV1100 air operated valves with (2) BC2179 side spray nozzles.
-   REAR SPRAY: (2) 3” UnitedBuilt AV1100 air operated valves with (2) BC2399 adjustable spray head nozzles.
-   CAB CONTROL: UnitedBuilt cab control console to independently air operate each valve.
-   PLUMBING: Schedule 40 steel pipe with groove style flexible fittings.
-   CUT-OUTS: Pre-measured cut out arches for manifold pipe clearance under the tank, packed loose for custom installation.
-   MOUNT KIT: Schedule 80 solid, heavy-duty angle tie-downs with tank guides & hardware. Vulcanized rubber wear pad for tanks 3000 gallons & larger.
-   LIGHT KIT: LED sealed beam lighting kit with wiring encased in rubber harness.
-   PAINT: Exterior sandblasted and primed.
