2018 Rock Systems 104-B Conveyor

Rock Systems Model 104-B Heavy Duty Truck/Scraper Drive-Over Unloader complete as follows:

a) 10’-6” x 18’-0” hopper opening constructed of 3/8” thick steel plate with reinforcing; 50 tons struck storage capacity (based on material weighing 100 lbs/cu ft.).

b) Heavy duty pipe grizzly.

c) Adjustable gate to control material flow.

d) Walkways with handrails on both sides of the grizzly.

e) Fabricated steel support structure with heavy duty structural beams and 1/4” thick plate steel enclosure on both sides of the structure. Includes plate floor on skid. Upper hopper, grizzly and walkways unbolt from lower structure for transport. Lifting eyes.

f) 48” wide x 29’ long heavy duty discharge conveyor with World Wide 60 hp premium efficient motor; Nord helical bevel gearbox, 24” diameter rubber lagged head pulley mounted Dodge Type E pillow block bearings; 12” diameter snub pulley mounted on Dodge SCM pillow block bearings with snub pulley guard; 18” diameter self-cleaning tail pulley mounted on Dodge S2000 pillow block bearings; heavy duty tube style screw take-up assemblies; full length 3/8” plate skirtboards with Hercules 3/4” thick adjustable rubber flashing; Precision 20 degree CEMA “D” rubber impact feeder idlers mounted on 1’ centers under load point; Precision 20 degree CEMA “D” feeder idlers mounted on 16” centers thereafter; Precision CEMA “D” rubber disc return idler with return idler guards; vulcanized endless 4 ply conveyor belting with 3/8” x 3/16” rubber covers; Flexco Rockline belt scraper; tail, nip and snub pulley guards; safety stop switch with pull cords installed on both sides of the conveyor; support legs.

g) One rust inhibitor prime coat and one finish coat gray enamel paint for all equipment; one finish coat safety yellow enamel paint for all guarding.

h) Electrical control panel with variable speed drive.
