2014 Chevrolet Tahoe

We have a black 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe with 107,108 miles that was bought new by the city for the police department, up for auction.  It started as a police cruiser and was transferred to the inspections department at city hall.  This has been sitting for a while but was running when parked, but the engine was making some knocking noises. Batteries are dead and cannot guarantee it will start or run. The Tahoe has the vortec 5.3 V8 engine with the dual battery option.  The interior and exterior are in fair shape but there is only one seat in the back passenger side and no other seats in the rear.  Mild dents dings and regular wear and tear on the body.  The tires and not in great shape but do hold air.  Equipped with a reese hitch for towing.
