Batteries required boost to start engine. Error displaying on odometer screen. Tachometer is not working / pointing down. PTO couldn't be engaged due to broken air chamber. Unable to move release brakes (see ECM report). Unit sold as-is where-is in Wallingford, Connecticut. Inspection completed by a non-bias, qualified, 3rd party.
