Rear Gooseneck:
Hydraulic cylinders connect the main gooseneck beams to the vertical tower adapter
Includes pin connect to the Aspen five axle dolly
One-piece gooseneck with length and swing clearance for 5-axle dolly
Hydraulic system operates swing down support arms in middle of gooseneck.
Dual counter balance valves installed on main cylinders and gooseneck support to avoid cylinder drift
Power pack includes:
13hp. Honda engine, c/w electric start
Aluminum enclosure – No aluminum door required, interferes with prop legs
Engine Enclosure to have 4” diameter hole on top to allow fueling with extension neck flipped over top of enclosure
Includes over sized battery ILO standard
Aluminum oil reservoir
No wet kit plumbing required, operation by power pack only

Lower lock assembly includes same connection as previous units using keyed dowel system. Upper lock assembly uses the same keyed dowel system, along with vertical cylinders to lock top dowels into tower section ring. After top dowels are in place, a set of bayonets are inserted to take the vertical load.
Includes mechanical travel shim system using tie rod adjuster and bayonets
Lower porch of adapter includes ability to connect to rear adapter when shortening for back haul
Full width rubber across top of adapter to eliminate steel on steel contact
Ladder rungs installed on driver’s side
