2004 Ford F-550 Truck

2004 Ford F550 4x4. 63,902 miles. 6.0 Diesel Automatic transmission.  Stainless dump bed, plow and salt spreader.  This truck was purchased new by the township.  Truck was white from the factory and painted orange when it was new.  The truck runs and drives as it should.  The transmission was rebuilt or replaced at some point.  The engine has not been apart.  This truck is not inspected due to an issue with the power steering.  steers hard to the left.  It should not be driven for this reason.  fenders have some rust and surface rust on the frame.  Dump body and spreader work as they should.  Plow functions but the lift cylinder leaks.
