1994 Ford L9000 Vacuum Excavation Truck, 10.5L diesel, manual, (Exempt from Odometer Disclosure - Reads 5,925 miles) (Not running, condition unknown, Seller States: Has been sitting since 2019; gearbox for VAC system leaks as fast as oil can be put in while running; tank has holes in it; brake hose on right rear brake broken off; cab is mouse-infested) This is a Titled Item NOTE: This unit is being sold AS IS/WHERE IS via Timed Auction and is located in Kemmerer, WY. • You MUST have a copy of your paid invoice/Bill of Sale showing a $0 dollar balance on the transaction when picking up the unit. A paper or digital copy is acceptable. This also holds true if you hired a third-party vendor to pick up the equipment. NO units will be released without this document. It is VERY important that your hauler has a copy of the paid invoice and know what they are there to pick up. • You must notify the Sale Site Contact PRIOR to picking up the unit, so that you agree on a mutually beneficial time FOR BOTH PARTIES to get the unit. This must be at least 24 hours in advance of pickup, and must have approval on the date and time of pickup from the Sale Site Contact prior to pick up. • Neither JJ Kane nor Seller is able to guarantee assistance when loading the equipment. It is solely the responsibility of the buyer and/or the hauler to have the proper equipment/trailer to load--unassisted. • We realize that haulers will sometimes try to piggyback loads from one destination to the next in efforts to reduce hauling costs. Unless and until you make contact with the Sale Site Contact to get the unit, please do not just send a driver to that yard expecting someone will be able to meet you.
