Property may be removed by appointment only. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
Emergency vehicles with lights, sirens, decals that appear in the photos may have these items removed without notice. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to do his/her own physical inspection and run their own Carfax. By placing your bid you have acknowledged and agreed to these terms. Everything is sold "As Is". No adjustments, credits or refunds will be issued.
