A paper or digital copy is acceptable. This also holds true if you hired a third-party vendor to pick up the equipment. NO units will be released without this document. It is VERY important that your hauler has a copy of the paid invoice and know what they are there to pick up. • You must notify the Sale Site Contact PRIOR to picking up the unit, so that you agree on a mutually beneficial time FOR BOTH PARTIES to get the unit. This must be at least 24 hours in advance of pickup, and must have approval on the date and time of pickup from the Sale Site Contact prior to pick up. • Neither JJ Kane nor Seller is able to guarantee assistance when loading the equipment. It is solely the responsibility of the buyer and/or the hauler to have the proper equipment/trailer to load--unassisted. • We realize that haulers will sometimes try to piggyback loads from one destination to the next in efforts to reduce hauling costs. Unless and until you make contact with the Sale Site Contact to get the unit, please do not just send a driver to that yard expecting someone will be able to meet you.
